Light Gauge Steel Framing - LGSF

A Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) is a wall system made of cold-rolled load bearing steel frames. LGSF is an innovative and reliable construction material in the world that is strong and allows design flexibility enabling it to be the right choice for construction.

Our system integrates the intelligence of the CAD structure calculation software to achieve a truly integrated and totally automated design to production system. This framing system engineers, designs and produces wall frames, floor truss and roof trusses complying to all major international light steel framing building codes.

  • As these are in light weight it requires a nominal foundation
  • High earthquake resistance making it ideal for building in difficult terrains.
  • Cost effective and high speed of construction
  • 100% Recyclable
  • High thermal insulation and acoustics
  • Designed for suitable wind speed
  • Superior insulation property
  • Zero construction waste
  • Lesser logistical burden
  • Lesser water requirement

Applications

  • Residential Building Structures
  • Mid Rise Building Structures up to 4 floors
  • Temporary/Reusable Facilities
  • Floor & Roof Truss Production
  • Portable Buildings & Cabins
  • Modular Buildings Structure
  • Commercial and Industrial Building Structures

Labour Camp / Temporary Shelters

Our pre-engineered buildings can be designed to dismantle after use and shift to a new site location without any damage.

Farm House & Resorts

With minimum work on site – It is never a difficult task to build architectural marvels at remote locations.

Hybrid Structures

We design hybrid strictures where span and height does not have a limitation.

These hybrid structures use pre – engineered building design , pre/post tensioned concrete, LGSF Wall systems or even conventional concrete structure wherever required.

Our structures are designed considering parameters like the seismic zone, wind load and soil conditions.

Sandwich Composite Panels

LGS SCP walls and roof systems is a custom designed pre- engineered, factory made first of its kind. Innovation derived from spin off of Indian space technology.

SCP wall comprises of 95mm thick light gauge steel frame, FR grade EPS core bonded on both side to fiber cement board using structural adhesive at high temperature compression molding press. The electrical conduits are concealed within, and edges are coated with cementitious material. Life expectancy is more than 70 years with low maintenance cost.

Process

Modular Pods

Modular structural units are possible now 100% factory made. With section profiles connection details predesigned, preformed, prepunched and all fabrication of modular units production requirements will be reduced to only bolting and screwing together all the components.

  1. Container Homes
  2. Modular Toilet
  3. Makeshift Office
  4. Commercials Kiosks
  5. Security Cabin

LGSF for Solar Panels

Our LGSF Frames are most suitable and convenient for mounting solar panels.

  • Lightweight structure
  • Non- Corrosive metal
  • Pre – Engineered
  • Easy to assemble at the site
  • Less skilled labour on site
  • Easy logistics
  • A collaborative robot palletizer, the RC14 handles payloads of up to 12kg at twelve boxes per minute. Without a fence or cage surrounding it, the small footprint gives flexibility in its location.
  • Following ISO standard TS 15066 for robots, the RC14 is designed to work alongside personnel; if an operator comes into contact with the robot arm, it will automatically stop to reduce the risk of injury.
  • Robot Config software allows the operator to quickly design a new pallet pattern or load an existing one, including interlayers and adjustments for label location.
  • The drag-and-drop tool eliminates design errors and takes less than 10 minutes to create the first configuration. It eliminates the need for programming or training
